Health Plexus Home Care has partnered with local schools, Community Programs, and other community organizations to make handmade Valentine's Day cards to be passed out by HPHC to the seniors in our community. With the help of local assisted living facilities and independent homes we can uplift our seniors and share encouragement and kind words as a community!
